This section explains how to set up your AXIS 1440 for printing in the
AppleTalk environment.
If you plan to use your AXIS 1440 in a multiprotocol environment,
you need to set it up in each environment on your network. See the
relevant sections in this manual:

Installation Using the Chooser Window
Basic Configuration Use the Chooser to set up your Macintosh to use the AXIS 1440 Print
Server.
You can change the default name of your AXIS 1440 or any default
parameters by editing the config file. You need FTP support, such as
Mac TCP, Fetch, or Anarchio, to access the config file.
