Using RARP in UNIX Follow these steps to set the Internet address using RARP:
1. Append the following line to your Ethernet Address table. This is
typically performed using the command
/etc/ethers:

2. If necessary, update your host table and alias name databases, as
required by your system.
3. If it is not already running, start the RARP daemon. This is
typically performed using the command
rarpd -a
4. Restart the AXIS 1440 to download the Internet address.
