Yes This setting should be set if the operating
system complies with the ACPI (Advanced
Configuration and Power Interface)
specification. This is the default setting.
Windows 95®, Windows 98® and Windows
2000® are examples of ACPI aware operating
systems.
Hyper Threading Technology
Hyper-threading is an Intel-proprietary technology used to
improve parallelization of computations resulting in more
efficient use of processor resources. Enble this option for
the OS which supports Hyper Threading Technology and
disable this option for the OS which does no support the
Hyper Threading Technology.
