Engine Stop/Run Switch
The engine stop/run switch is located on the right handle-
bar. This switch completes or interrupts the ignition,
starter and fuel pump circuits. Use the engine stop/run
switch to turn the engine off quickly. Turn the key off
after the engine stops.
• Press the bottom of the switch (RUN) to complete the
circuits and allow the engine to start and run.
• Press the top of the switch (STOP) to interrupt the cir-
cuits and stop the engine. The engine should not start
or run when the switch is in the STOP position.
