When finishing the setup of the motion detection, users could simply use the quick
event search to examine the setting. There is a simple example for you to understand
the principle.
4.1 RECORDING
4.1 RECORDING
The DVS offers three recording modes, manual record, event recording, and timer
record. If power is off accidentally, recorded video files will still be stored in the HDDs.
DVS will return to original recording status after power is on again.

MANUAL RECORDING (continuous recording) :
Recording is initiated by manually pressing the REC button.

EVENT RECORDING (triggered by motion and external alarm) :
When this functions is activated,
the recording is triggered by motion or external alarm.
