6. Re-install the screws for the back cover and the stand-off.
7. Remove the two (2) screws holding the control panel in place. Pull the panel out of the way.
8. Slide the snap switch in place under the holding tabs above the SIT valve (see Figure 47).
9. Remove knob and nut from the fan controller. Place the dial stud through the fan hole in the control
board through the back to the front (see Figure 48). Tighten the nut on the front side to keep the fan
controls in place (see Figure 49), then install the knob onto the stud.
10. Use marrettes to connect the fan wiring harness wires to the house wiring when the Haven is
installed.
11. Re-install the control panel.

1. Ensure the appliance is turned off and cool.
2. Remove the fascia, glass door (see M
AINTENANCE A ND S ERVICE - G LASS D OOR R EMOVAL ), logset, embers
and firebox liner.
3. Remove the two (2) screws holding the control panel in place. Pull the panel out of the way.

4. To remove the burner undo
the wing nut under the right
side of the burner (see Figure
8) and remove the screw. Lift
the right end of the burner
up, slide it to the left (off of
the main orifice), then up and
out.
5. Remove the pilot shield,
orifice and valve assembly
(see Figures 50).
