LPD
LPD (Line Printer Daemon) is a Unix style printer server protocol. This screen indicates
the settings that will allow remote computers to send print jobs to the printer connected
at the selected printer port. The queue name is the name of this LPD print queue.
Network
Every unit needs a valid IP address to identify itself to the network. This unit supports
dynamic IP assignment through DHCP, or manual assignment of static IP address. If
the terminal is not using DHCP, but you want it to, select Obtain an IP address from
a DHCP server. Click OK.
