Enter a name for the ICA connection.
Click Next to continue.
If desired, you can specify the Command Line and Working Directory of the application
file. Or leave those fields blank and click Next to run a Windows NT Desktop.
If you want to automatically log on to the server, enter the information in User Name,
Password, and Domain fields. If not, leave these fields blank and you will be prompted
for this information when connecting to a server. Click Next to continue.
