Skipping tracks
Press the Skip (.//) buttons repeatedly until the desired
track is found. The selected track will be played from the beginning.
< If the. button is pressed once during playback, the track being
played will be played again from the beginning. To return to the
beginning of the previous track, press the. button again.
However, if it is pressed within one second from the start of a track,
playback returns to the start of the previous track.
< If tracks are skipped when playback is paused or stopped, playback
is paused at the start of the selected track. Press the PLAY (G)
button to start playback of the selected track.

Scanning backward and forward
Hold down
more than 1 sec.
During playback, press a skip (.//) button for at least one
second (press and hold) to scan backward or forward. Press the PLAY
button when you find the part that you want to hear.
Each time you press and hold a skip button (.//), the speed of
scanning changes. There are three speeds.
/ : Scan forward (1) > scan forward (2) >
scan forward (3) > ordinary playback
. : Scan backward (1) > scan backward (2) >
scan backward (3) > ordinary playback
You can also use the scan buttons (m/,) on the remote control.
