6.3 Software Operation Basics
This section will take you through the basic features of the MatheyCNC software.
6.3.1 Shown below ( Figure 6-4) is the splash screen. Once the software is launched after activation, this is
the first screen you will see. The most important thing this screen communicates is the version of the
software running. That information is shown at the bottom right portion of the screen. At this point
the software is loading and may take several seconds to fully start up.

6.3.2 When the software is started for the first time the Language Select screen is shown (Figure 6-5). The
default language is English. To change to a different language, click the dropdown and select the
desired language. Once set, this can be changed at any time by going to the settings screen.
