PB4 – Keyboard Diagnostic
This function is accessible via Main Diagnostics, then Internal Diagnostic (
PB3
) and verifies that the
keyboard is operating correctly. After entering the keyboard diagnostic mode, the display shows:

PB4 – Tone/Alarm Diagnostics
This function is accessible via Main Diagnostics mode select (
PB4
), and allows adjustment of the levels of
sidetone (
PB1
) and the DTMF tones (
PB2
). The tone level adjust will display, then select
PB1
,
PB2
, or
PB3
.
• The sidetone level used for speaker tones can be adjusted to suit the user.
• The alert and page tone line levels can be adjusted relative to HLGT.
PB1 – Sidetone Level Adjust Mode
This mode allows the adjustment of the sidetone level to -15 dB in 3 dB steps:

Down
Increases/decreases the sidetone line level. Each time the
VOLUME

Down button is pressed, a beep is generated and the LCD display shows the new
setting.
TRANSMIT
Exits the sidetone level adjust mode and returns the unit to the tone level adjustment
screen.
