Remove the pushnut from one of the front wheels. Remove the wheel and washers. Save the washers to reuse later. 1.
Slide a new washer on the axle, the new wheel (PN 31196-00), and two washers. 2.
Due to differences in machines, you may need to adjust the number of washers needed to provide a good fit for the 3.
pushnut. Approximately 5/16" of the axle should be visible after the last washer.
Secure the wheel with a new pushnut. 4.
Repeat for the other front wheel. 5.
PUSh MODELS ONLY: 6. Remove the pushnut and slide one of the rear wheels off the long shaft axle.
Slide the new wheel (PN 31196-00) on the shaft axle, adusting with necessary washers, and securing with the pushnut. 7.
Repeat for the other rear wheel.
