Fig. #1, installing nozzle wear plate
The nozzle wear plate attaches to the Wheeled Vacuum
nozzle to prevent wear of the nozzle. It is especially useful
when operating the Wheeled Vacuum on hard surfaces.
Installing nozzle wear plate:
1. Raise the intake nozzle to the highest position.
2. Align the wear plate under the nozzle and adjust to the
desired location.
3. Using the wear plate mounting holes as a template
mark the locations where the self tapping screws will
be inserted.
4. Double check the location of the wear plate, and then
bolt the wear plate onto the nozzle using the self tapping
screws. If using hand tools, drill 3/16” diameter holes
before inserting the screws.

shut off power source, remove key, disconnect the bat-
tery cables and make sure all moving parts have come
to a complete stop.
