For HPUX R10_20 hosts:
# tar xf /cdrom/hp_10_20/ipckhp.tar
Unmount the CD:
# umount /cdrom
To install the IP-CommKit software, enter the following command:
# swinstall –s /tmp/ipcommkit IPCOMMKIT

Instead of receiving a CD, the tar file may have been sent to you electronically. In that case,
make a directory in which to expand the tar file.
# mkdir /tmp/ipcommkit
The name of the .tar file will vary with the release. For example, for HPUX R10_20, the .tar file is
named ipckhp.tar.
Move this file to the /tmp/ipcommkit directory that you just created, then run the following
commands.
# cd /tmp/ipcommkit
# tar xf ipckhp.tar
