If the Turbo Codec option is installed, the following menu will be displayed:
Select Viterbi, Sequential, Turbo or None, using the [
←] [→] arrow keys, then
press ENTER.
(CONFIG: TX, FEC, RATE ) FEC Rate
(Any FEC Type Except Turbo)
Select Rate 1/2, Rate 3/4 or Rate 7/8 encoding rate, using the [
←] [→] arrow
keys, then press ENTER.
Note: If BPSK is selected, only Rate 1/2 is permitted. A warning screen appears
if this sub-branch is entered when in BPSK mode.
If Turbo is selected, the following sub-menu will be displayed:
(CONFIG: TX, FEC, RATE) FEC Rate (Turbo Only)
Select Rate 3/4 (QPSK), Rate 21/44 (BPSK ONLY) Rate 5/16 (BPSK ONLY),
Rate 3/4 (OQPSK), or Rate 1/2 (Q) encoding rate, using the [
←] [→] arrow keys,
then press ENTER.
SELECT FEC TYPE: VITERBI
SEQ TURBO NONE (ENTER)
SELECT FEC ENCODER RATE:
1/2 3/4 7/8(PRESS ENT)
TX TURBO:3/4(Q) 21/44(B)
5/16(B) 3/4(OQ)1/2(Q)(ENT)
