Maintenance
C.5.4 Repairs
Any repairs to the machine must only be carried out by:
•
authorized Technical Service,
• personnel that has been instructed about the setting
up and maintenance of the machine on the occasion
of a training by the supplier or manufacturer of the ma-
chine.
Use only original spare parts for installing or replacing
machine components.
Manufacturer and supplier will not be held responsible for
spare parts from third parties.
NOTE - Programming instructions!
Repairs require that machine components carry out their
individual movements and that the machine movements
are tested. These functions are controlled on level 1 of the
service menu.
For the necessary instructions, please refer to the pro-
gramming instructions.
Operating panel replacement:
1. Disconnect machine from power supply.
2. Fig. 6: Remove two lock screws
2 and disconnect
interface connector

3. Remove retaining screws
1 from operating panel
bracket.
4. Remove operating panel
5, install new panel and
secure using screws.
5. Connect interface connector to receptacle
4 and se-
cure using two lock screws
