5. Select a format from the Format list, then press the category for that format in the
Home Key list. Repeat for each format or category you need.
The assignments appear in the Assigned list.
6. When you are finished, press OK.
7. Assign the format to a printer. See “Assigning a format to a printer” for more
information.
To reset all the format/printer assignments to the default, see “ Restore Factory
Defaults .”
Assigning a format to a printer
Assign the formats you need to a category before assigning them to a printer. See
“
Assigning a format to a category ” for more information.
1. From the Configure screen, press Assign Format.
2. Press Assign Format To Printer.
3. Select a format from the Format# list, then press P1 (Printer 1) or P2 (Printer 2)
from the Printer# list. Repeat for each format you need. The assignments appear in
the Assigned Fmt/Prn list.
4. When you are finished, press OK. The configuration is saved.
5. Press Return until you see the product menu. Your assigned format and printer
appears in the status bar.
