Follow the procedure to configure SSF application agent:
1. Configure the ge2 and ge3 interfaces of ATCA-9405 service processor as shown below or
copy the below lines into a file .

bridge-group 1 spanning-tree disable
switchport mode hybrid
switchport hybrid vlan 21
switchport mode hybrid acceptable-frame-type all
switchport hybrid allowed vlan add 21 egress-tagged disable
switchport hybrid allowed vlan add 22 egress-tagged disable
switchport hybrid allowed vlan add 33 egress-tagged disable
no shutdown

interface ge3
bridge-group 1 spanning-tree disable
switchport mode hybrid
switchport hybrid vlan 21
switchport mode hybrid acceptable-frame-type all
switchport hybrid allowed vlan add 21 egress-tagged disable
switchport hybrid allowed vlan add 22 egress-tagged disable

2. After that, execute the below command.
imish -f
3. Install SSF packages on the ATCA-9405 service processor and reboot the octeons with the
below command.
cd /opt/bladeservices/octeon/ on ATCA-9405 service processor
./runlinux 1 [to reboot the octeon 1]
./runlinux 2 [to reboot the octeon 2]
4. Connect to the ATCA-9405 packet processor with the command oct 1 console 0
