The location of point M is illustrated in below figure.
If only one memory is needed, Artesyn recommends to install it on the top side of the COMX-
CORE Series module, otherwise, please remove the thermal pad for memory cooling from the
cooler (or heat spreader) to avoid shedding during vibration.
