If a heat spreader solution is used, the temperature at point M on its top surface should be kept
below a certain temperature for reliable operation of CPU and chipset, this temperature is 70

C
for CPU with TDP of 35W, 80

C for CPU with TDP of 25W and 87

C for CPU with TDP of 18W.
