INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
2.1
INSPECTION
The SLH-series high power load was carefully inspected before shipment. If instrument damage
has occurred during transport, please inform the Xantrex sales and service office or
representative (see Warranty).
Your SLH-series high power load was shipped with a power cord for the type of outlet used at
your location. If the appropriate cord was not included, please contact your nearest Xantrex
sales office to obtain the correct cord. Refer to "check line voltage" for voltage selection and
fuse type.
2.1.1 Check Line Voltage
The SLH-series high power load can operate with 115, 230VAC input as indicated on the
rear panel label. Make sure that the factory check mark corresponds to your nominal line
voltage. If not correctly marked, perform the following procedures:
1. With the load power OFF, disconnect the power cord.
2. Refer to the drawing of the SLH-series load rear in Figure 2-1; set the switches to the
proper voltage as described in the following steps:
