4.2 SETTING THE CONFIG DIPSWITCH
You may change the CONFIG dipswitch settings to change the default
characteristics of the unit as follows:
If you would like the power supply to turn its output off, and generate a fault
indication if its output current ever reaches the level that you set from the
front panel, then set switch 8 to the off position.

To set the power supply to always start up at OV (fault mode) each time
that power is applied, set switch 5 to the on position.
