OTP

The OTP menu is accessed from both the Code Memory menu and the Debug menu.
(Refer to the proceeding Debug menu section for a complete description of OTP functions
and commands.)

Status

The Status window displays some of the more important registers. The contents can be
displayed in hexadecimal or binary format.

Counter/Timers

The Counter/Timer window displays the counters and timers of the current emulator. The
contents can be displayed in hexadecimal or binary format.

Ports

The Ports window displays all ports and corresponding registers of current emulator. Some
of the control registers are Write Only; therefore, the value will always be displayed as FF
(hex) or 11111111 (binary).

Debug

Selecting Debug from the ICEBOX menu displays the following menu bar:

The Debug window allows you to view the assembly code, set break points, trace through
the code, and perform other debug operations. The Run menu and associated menu items
are summarized, followed by brief descriptions of the Debug window elements:

File Menu

The File Menu under Debug provides the same menu items as the File menu accessed
from the Main Menu, with the exception of the Load Symbol menu item.

Load Symbol

Load the symbol file to the Debug window.
To generate a symbol file, select the Zilog, Wolfgang, or
2500AD formats.

Refer to Appendix B for more information on symbol file formats and how to generate
symbol files.
