Installing the USB-Blaster Driver
The Stratix IV GT transceiver signal integrity board includes integrated USB-Blaster
circuitry for FPGA programming. However, for the host computer and signal
integrity board to communicate, you must install the USB-Blaster driver on the host
computer.
