A. Remove the three bolts securing the power steer-

ing pump to the head.

2009-2010 5.7L engines

with M/T require removal of the inlet fitting for

the power steering pump to be replaced with the

supplied fitting. Set aside the hose as it will be

used in a later step. Refer to Fig. 5-b, 5-c & 5-d

for final installation reference

B. Loosely attach the steel bracket to the back of

the primary mounting plate.

C. Attach the supercharger mounting plate to the

primary mounting plate using the supplied M8

x90mm bolts and spacers.

D. Without installing hardware, sandwich the

power steering pump between the steel

plate and the supercharger mounting plate.

At this point, tighten the two bolts attaching the

steel bracket to the primary mounting plate.

(Loosely installed in Steb B.)

NOTE:

This is difficult to accomplish with the

power steering lines connected. It may be

easier to completely remove the power

steering pump from the vehicle and install

onto the mounting bracket assembly out

of the vehicle.

continue with steps E, F, G. All other sys-

tems reattach the power steering lines now

and skip to Section 6.
