The V5 byte is allocated to indicate the content of the VT path, including
the status of the mapped payloads.

Enable PLM-V/UNEQ-V (Payload Label Mismatch - VT / Unequipped -
VT): Allows enabling the Signal Label Mismatch for the expected
message defined.
