6. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
The electrical pump requires no particular maintenance.
Having the electrical pump repaired by personnel who
are not authorized by the manufacturer will void the
guarantee and leave you working with equipment
that is unsafe and potentially dangerous.
c
Before performing any intervention on the
electric pump make sure that the power supply
is disconnected and it can not be restored
accidentally during maintenance operations.
To protect the electric pump against frost, empty it
completely removing the drain plug and fi lling cap (see
Figure 2 B on page 5) in order to drain any fl uid outside
the pump. When the unit is commissioned again, carefully
close the drain plug and repeat the fi lling sequence from
step 3 onwards.
7. DISPOSAL
The disposal of this product, or part of it should be done
using local, public or private, systems for waste collection.
8. TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
c
Before performing any intervention on the
electric pump make sure that the power supply
is disconnected and it can not be restored
accidentally during maintenance operations.
m
If the electric pump is used for liquid that are
hazardous to humans, compulsorily inform the
personnel that will perform the repair. In this
case, clean the pump, to ensure operator safety.
See table on the next page.

The electric pump motor rotates in the wrong direction
Change the direction of rotation of the motor
█
Anchoring on the plinth defective
Check and fi rmly tighten all the nuts of the
bolts of the studs
█
Foreign bodies obstructing the electric pump
Have the electric pump disassembled and
clean it
█
Diffi cult rotation of the electric pump
Make sure the electric pump rotates freely
without abnormal friction
█
Faulty electrical connection
Check the electric pump connections
