Air distribution control
Heating
̈ Set temperature selector control 1
( ୴ page 228) as required, but do not
turn the control below the middle po-
sition.
̈ Set airflow control 2 (୴ page 228)
as required, but do not turn the con-
trol below the second speed.
̈ Set the air distribution control as
shown.
̈ Close the center air vents.
̈ Close the air vents.
̈ Open the side air vents half-way and
direct them at the side windows.
Ventilation
This setting rapidly ventilates the vehicle
interior.
̈ Turn temperature selector control
1 ( ୴ page 228) to the lowest set-
ting (maximum cooling).
̈ Set airflow control 2 (୴ page 228)
as required, but do not turn the con-
trol below the second speed.
̈ Set air distribution control 5
( ୴ page 228) to h.
̈ Open as required:
ț the center air vents
ț the side air vents
ț the ventilation vents
