5. Place the cover over the steering tube

assembly. Line up holes in cover with speed

— nuts. See figure 6.

6. Secure cover (K) to support bracket with two

hex self-tapping screws (H) provided. See
figure 6.

7. Place the steering wheel on the tubing

assembly and fasten with belleville washer (D)

—and hex lock nut (C). See figure 7.

Again, it may be necessary to raise the steer

ing shaft assembly in order to put the hex lock
nut on.

8. Place the steering wheel cap (B) on by hand.
