3.2.2 Exiting Local Management Screens
To exit any of the Local Management screens, perform the following
steps:
1. Use the arrow keys to highlight the RETURN command field at the
bottom of the Local Management screen.
2. Press ENTER. The previous screen in the Local Management
hierarchy appears.
3.2.3 Exiting the Local Management Session
To exit from ESX Local Management, perform the following steps:
1. Use the arrow keys to highlight the RETURN command field at the
bottom of the Local Management screen.
2. Press ENTER. The previous screen in the Local Management
hierarchy appears.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the Main Menu screen appears.
4. Use the arrow keys to highlight the EXIT command field at the bottom
of the Main Menu screen.
5. Press ENTER. The ESX Local Management Password screen appears
and the Local Management session ends.
NOTE
You can also exit Local Management screens by pressing ESC
twice. This exit method does not warn you about unsaved
changes and all unsaved changes will be lost.
