Printer seems to be working but nothing prints
The printer is operating but only blank pages are ejected.
Remove the BJ Cartridge and make sure that the orange
protective tape was removed from the print head
The ink will not flow with the orange protective tape attached. Make
sure the orange tape is removed before installing a BJ Cartridge in the
printer.
Print a nozzle check pattern
Print a nozzle check pattern to confirm that the print quality has been

A problem probably exists in the interface cable connection, the
infrared communication environment, or software application.

Execute a print head cleaning and print head flushing. (☞85)
If the printing cannot be restored after five print head cleanings, then
the ink may have run out. Replace the ink cartridge with a new one.
