Make sure that BJC-55 is listed as the currently active infrared
device.
If you do not see “BJC-55” displayed, first check the area between
the computer and the printer and make sure that nothing is blocking
infra-red communication between computer and printer. If nothing is
between the printer and computer, press the
POWER button to
switch the printer off, and then disconnect the power cord and
remove the battery. Next, re-install the battery, connect the power
cord, press the
POWER button to switch the printer on, and then
execute the print job again.
Paper skews or jams during feeding
If a sheet of paper skews and jams, a message is displayed:
Paper Jam!
