DIRECTIONS FOR USE
The cabinet hood area under the back rest top is not designed for storage
or as an area to hold accessories while with a client. DO NOT use this
area for holding anything. Damage can occur to the table. Placing any-
thing on this area will prohibit movement of the back rest and can cause
damage to the table or the object and will void the warranty.
DO NOT store or place
anything on the cabinet hood
under the back rest as this
can cause damage to the
top and/or hood.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE
TABLE KEYSWITCH
CAUTION
A table keyswitch is located on the shelf
at the head end of the table. This key
switch will lock-out the table and prevent
all motions. It should be used to prevent
unauthorized use. Remove the key if chil-
dren have the opportunity to access the
table without adult supervision.
UNDER TABLE SHELF
The table has a fully integrated
wood shelf. The large under-table
shelf provides storage for stacks of
towels and other equipment.

200 lbs. (91 kg.)
