5.2.13 M1966_LINE_STATE
This event is generated when the line state analysis process detects a change in the state of the line.
The line state analysis process will monitor (under user control) the line current and/or voltage in both On
and off hook states. This event indicates that either the user has requested the current line state or one
of the programmable threshold states has become active or non active.
