Every time a user verifies to report their attendance at a terminal, the transaction logs (at-
tendance records) get uploaded to Webster immediately. This makes the Webster a real-
time attendance recording server. In the event of a connection failure, the terminals then
save the transaction logs into its buffer memory, to be uploaded to Webster the moment
the connection to Webster resumes.
