INSTALLATION LOCATION
Do not install readers in areas which are
exposed to bright sunlight or rain, as the
fingerprint readers are not designed to
work in those areas. Bright light will inter-
fere with reading of the sensor and finger-
print readers are not waterproof or vandal
proof. It is recommended to protect your
fingerprint readers with enclosure.

USE OF SENSOR
Do not abuse the fingerprint sensor by
scratching the surface, contacting the
sensor’s surface with heat, pressing hard
during placement of fingerprint for verifi-
cation. Clean the sensor occasionally with
cellophane tape to maintain the perform-
ance of the sensor.

FingerTec® introduces the i-Kiosk series,
the multi-faceted touch screen biometric
equipment that will change the way you
look at fingerprint verification technol-
ogy. Aside from offering the expedience
of multiple verification methods, it is user-
friendly and is furnished with SGVA high
color resolution.
Developed with the advanced Embedded
LINUX operation system, the FingerTec®
i-Kiosk 100 Plus does keep up with the lat-
est technology as it adds WiFi and GPRS
functionality for a faster, seamless, and
more stable real-time transfer of attend-
ance data. It allows storage of 100,000
transactions at a time and a maximum of
3,000 fingerprint templates. It is also suit-
ably equipped with 8 function keys and a
touch screen control panel with integrated
camera display for easier and quicker
navigation.
FingerTec® i-Kiosk 100 Plus is a smart
choice for time attendance and door ac-
cess system for its versatility. There’s no
need to worry if a fingerprint cannot be
verified immediately – access can be had
by proximity card and password identifi-
cation too. The wide-screen 8-inch LCD for
vivid colorful display provides enhanced
user experience as it can be used for MP3
music and short movie playback.
