5.2 To Adjust Crotch
Strap Buckle Position:
FOR LOW BIRTH WEIGHT INFANTS
(MINIMUM WEIGHT IS 4 LB.):
•
Turn infant restraint over and
remove anchor ciip by pushing ciip
through the forward crotch siot O
and seat pad and reinserting
through the front of seat pad into
the rear crotch siot ©.
Foiiow pages 22-23 to change the
harness and waist strap iocations.
•
For Low Birth Weight infants,
shouider straps shouid be in the
iowest set of harness siots and
the upper strap ioops, pius;
Waist straps shouid be in the third
set of ioops.
FOR LARGER BABIES:
•
Turn infant restraint over and
remove anchor ciip by pushing ciip
through the rear crotch siot and
seat pad and reinserting through
the front of seat pad into the front
crotch siot.
