Adding Access Permissions to the FileNet Content Manager Domain
The following sample scenario illustrates how you can easily allow or deny access permissions to
the FileNet Content Manager domain. The instructions are simply the security permissions that
you can add to a particular node. The “P8Users” accounts indicate the users/groups that have
been granted the appropriate permissions to access a particular node in the FileNet Content
Manager domain.

Recommended Permissions
To use FileNet Content Manager and this release script, we recommend that the logged-in users
have the following permissions to the FileNet Content Manager object store. If the user does not
have the appropriate permissions assigned, release may fail and the batch/document will be
routed to the Kofax Capture Quality Control module.
