ASR is not supported on Frame Relay or ATM interfaces for the Cisco MC3810 platform.
To start the proxy with ASR enabled on the proxy using two different autonomous systems (one that
contains the ASR network and the loopback network and another that contains the other non-ASR
networks and the loopback network), use the following commands beginning in global configuration
mode:

Router(config)# interface type number [name-tag]
Enters interface configuration mode on an ASR
interface.

Router(config-if)# ip access-group
{access-list-number | access-list-name}{in | out}
Controls access to an interface.
Use this command to set the outbound access group
and then the inbound access group.
The keywords and arguments are as follows:
•
access-list-number—Specifies the number of an
access list. This is a decimal number from 1 to
199 or from 1300 to 2699.
•
access-list-name—Name of an IP access list as
specified by an IP access-list command.
•
in—Filters on inbound packets.
•
out—Filters on outbound packets.

To start the proxy with ASR enabled on the proxy
using two different autonomous systems, the type
argument is loopback. The loopback type specifies
the software-only loopback interface that emulates an
interface that is always up. It is a virtual interface
supported on all platforms. The number argument is
the number of the loopback interface that you want to
create or configure. There is no limit on the number
of loopback interfaces you can create.
