The entered station names and their phone numbers are sorted by the following regulations:
• Station names are sorted in the order shown in the Sorting Priority Tabie on the next page.
• if two or more same station names are entered, they are sorted in alphabetical order, and are
stored in the directory table in the machine as shown below.

You can easily look up a telephone number using the Directory Search operation in any dial number
setting (see page 33) the same as if you were looking up the number in a telephone directory.
