Adjusting the Grip Belt
• Adjust the length of the grip belt strap so that
you can operate the start/stop button and
zoom control effectively.
Attaching the Shoulder Strap
• For extra security and portability, attach the
shoulder strap before using the camcorder.
• Pass the ends through the strap mount and
adjust the length as shown.
• Be careful not to leave the viewfinder
exposed to bright sunlight as it may melt.
(The light is concentrated by the viewfinder
lens.)
Attaching the Large Eye Cup
Use the supplied Large Eye Cup when
recording in very bright surroundings or when
wearing glasses.
1. Detach the eye cup from the
camcorder.
2. Replace the eye cup with the Large
Eye Cup.
• You can attach it to the right or the left.
