Insufficient memory
message is displayed.
All memory in Internet PC is being used by
open programs and memory is needed for
desired task.
To avoid Windows automatically running
unnecessary programs at start up, complete the
following steps:
1. Click Start.
2. Select Run.
3. Type MSCONFIG in the Open: field.
4. Click OK.
5. Select the Startup tab and deselect any
unnecessary programs.
Close one or more programs and retry. It may also
be necessary to restart Windows to recover memory
should this fail.

Solution
Internet PC will not
turn on.
Line voltage selection switch is not in the
proper position for your region (115V/230V).
Set your line voltage selection switch to the correct
setting for your region, or call a Compaq Authorized
Service Provider for assistance. Refer to your
Certificate of Warranty for details.
Wall outlet is bad.
Test the outlet by connecting a different electrical
device to outlet.
