3.1 Automatic and Manual Operations
The 350A MajorSlicer can be used in automatic or manual mode. To switch from automatic to manual mode, move
the lever on the front panel to the desired manual or automatic position.

3.2 Manual Mode
To select manual mode, switch the lever to position two. Press
Start
to make the knife start rotating. To make the
knife stop rotating, press the
Stop
button.
In manual mode, you can switch languages by pressing Option, located underneath the Start button. To
return to the main screen, press the left arrow on the lower left-hand corner of the screen.
3.3 Automatic Mode
1. Select position one with the lever to select automatic mode.
2. Push or pull the product carriage tray to the engaged and locked position.
3. Press the
Count
or
No Count
icon on the touchscreen.
4. Press
Start
.
5. Select the desired speed using the left and right arrows on the touchscreen.
The speed choice selection will always start at the slowest speed (far left position).
Operate with Counter
1. In automatic mode, press
Yes
to operate with counter.
2. Use the numeric keyboard to select number of slices.
3. Press
Start
.
4. Use the left and right arrow keys to select the speed of the carriage tray.
5. When finished, return to step 2.
Operate without Counter
1. In automatic mode, press
No
to operate without counter.
2. Press
Start
.
3. Use the left and right arrow keys to select the speed of the carriage tray.
4. When finished, return to step 2.
