Congratulations! A variety of new possibilities for delicious meals comes with your new
mincer; even for vegetarian dishes. Effortless you mince and mix the ingredients for meat-
balls, vegetable burgers and minced meat. With great refinement you can prepare your own
sausage specialities, or fillings for ravioli or tortellini—always really fresh!
These instructions for use will inform you about the various functions and features which

Knowing Your Design Mincer Pro M
A Pusher - for pressing the food down into the feed tube.
B Tray - place the prepared food here.
C Cutter housing / Outlet
E ON/OFF button - for switching off the motor and
switching on in forward (ordinary) direction
D Reversal button (REVERSE) - reverses the rotary motion
of the worm shaft to release food stucked in the mincer.

G Motor housing
Gear hole - this is, where you assemble the cutter
housing.
K Worm shaft - moves the food within the cutter housing
