Secure the KXBC3 module as shown in Figure 7 using the new hardware supplied.
Note: No lock washer is used under the 2-56 screw , even if one was removed with the battery retainer.

Initial Tests
Be sure the battery connector is fully seated and the battery cable is positioned so it will not become trapped
between the flex cable connectors (see Figure 8).
CAUTION! Be sure the battery cable is routed as shown below. If either wire is
trapped between the flex cable connectors when the case is closed, the battery cable
or the flex cable may be damaged.
