To Save and Send the System Log:
For some unknown instances, you encounter something and unsure of how to troubleshoot the unit,
sending us the saved system log data could help us analyze the problem and provide the answer you
need.
1. Insert the USB Flash drive into the USB Port of the HVC System.

2. In the Home menu, click Setting > Test > Save
System Log and press .
3. The system log will be saved in the USB Flash
drive.
4. After the file is saved, press .
5. Remove the USB Flash drive and insert it to your
computer USB port. Locate the file
message.tar.gz and send it to your technical
support team.
