8. Checking the Recording Levei

To check the recording level, depress the
shutter lever

half\«ay. If the recording

level indicator ® in the viewfinder blinks

clearly on and off with each sound made,

then you may begin filming (i.e., the sound

will record correctly). However, if the record

ing level indicator flashes only sporadically

or not at all, move in closer to the source of

sound.
