【 】 Installation procedure
1.Remove rear sensor from the orginal catalyst converter and install it in the straight front pipe. O

※Tightening torque rear sensor（ Front Page ⑨）［(The previous page⑨)[40-50N･m(4.1-5.1kgf-m] O 2
【Reference】
When you do not install an aftermarket A/F meter, use the supplied copper washer and plugging bolt
This boss's size is M18-P1.5.
2. Using the supplied gasket, insert the straight front pipe, and attach it.
【Exhaust manifold side】
※Attached gasket A (Ref: previous page ①)
※Tightening the nuts to (Previous page ③)[34.3-39.2N・m(3.5-4.0kgf-m)]
Genuine nuts will use(Previous page ⑧) [60-66N・m(6.1-6.7kgf-m)]
Install it again on the stud bolt on the cylinder head side.Tightening torque 23.5-27.4N･m(2.4-2.7kgf-m)

※Tightening the nuts to (Previous page ③)[34.3-39.2N・m(3.5-4.0kgf-m)]
3. Attach the bracket between right and left catalytic converter transmission.
4.Attach a rear O sensor connector 2
.
Install the coupler similar to the removed one in rear O sensor connector. 2
5. Reattach the negaitive battery terminal.
Caution
Remove any dirt and grime when using it with oil etc. check your Front pipe.
To remove any unwanted material after the installation.
3. After installation checks
1Check to make sure that there are no interfering objects near the modified exhaust piping.

2.Start the engine, and confirm whether there is exhaust leakage
Warning
・Inhaling exhaust over a short period of time will cause injury. Please make sure your working area is well ventilated.
・Make sure no obtrusive objects are in the way during engine running.
