Setting the Operational Mode
To set the Operational Mode, proceed as follows:
1.
Use arrow keys to highlight the Operational Mode field.
2.
Press the SPACE bar to step to the appropriate operation mode
(802.1D SWITCHING or 802.1Q SWITCHING).
3.
Use the arrow keys to highlight the SAVE command at the bottom of
the screen and press ENTER. The following warning screen displays:

Use the arrow keys to highlight the YES command and press ENTER.
The changes are saved, and all the modules installed in the chassis
reboot.

YOU HAVE ELECTED TO SAVE THE OPERATIONAL MODE FOR
THE WHOLE CHASSIS. THIS WILL CAUSE ALL OF THE
BOARDS IN THE CHASSIS TO REBOOT.
