To assign an application to the Application Toolbar from the
My Computer folder
Drag the application you want from the Windows 98 My Computer
folder and drop it on the Application Toolbar.
To launch an application from the Application Toolbar
Tap the icon of an application to launch it.
To remove an application from the Application Toolbar
Right-tap the icon of the application you want to remove (

The above procedure simply removes the application’s icon from the
Application Toolbar. It does not uninstall the application.

2 Starting Up a System Tool
Tap the
icon on the System Management Toolbar. On the dialog
box that appears, start up either Power Management Setup Tool or
BIOS Startup Tool.

information about using Power Management Setup Tool.
Starting up BIOS Startup Tool displays the BIOS Settings dialog box.
Drag and drop the application.
Right-tap the applications’s icon.
